The company  purchased this prominent double fronted unit in the West End Conservation Area after it had been affected by a fire and left empty for 2 years. Planning permission was granted to turn it into 2 vibrant retail/office units and 2 residential maisonettes.  

PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT       

We updated a 4 bedroom middle terraced house for the landlords.  Beautifully situated near Morecambe's seafront promenade. The programme brief included: full insulation to upgrade the Energy Performance Certificate, electrical rewire, new kitchen and bathroom, intelligent heating, internal doors, decoration and carpets. Project complete with contrasting tiled floors and granite island, the incoming tenants love their new home.
